Yes. Please clean the equipment in accordance with the user guide provided with the item. Some items, such as our paint sprayer, will attract an additional charge if its returned dirty (please check the item description in the shop).
Yes, you will need to pay a deposit for every item you hire from us. The deposit is returned at the end of the hire period if the item is returned in the same state it left our hire facility.
No. We deliver and collect all of our items so we can reduce our overhead costs. The address of our facility is protected by a PO BOX so we can reduce the risk of being targeted by thieves.
Delivery and collection is free of charge.
Payment for the item is taken when you book the hire. The hold on your card for the deposit is taken 24 hours before the hire commences.
